There is LPG gas heating throughout the property, this is included in the rental from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £35 per week at all other times. Please pay at the property.

 

Logs for the wood burner are available at local garages.

A travel cot, tot-seat chair and a stairgate are provided. 

​

Towels are available to hire at £5 per guest. (Towels are included when just a couple are booking).

​

WiFi is available and the password can be found within the welcome folder.

​

2 pets are welcome (more are allowed by prior arrangement) and the garden is enclosed.

​

The cottage is a strictly non-smoking residence.
